Constant Billy are primarily a vocal duo; Emily Standish & Bill Galbraith both sing with lots of
harmony and they accompany themselves on a variety of instruments. Emily plays Irish penny
whistle, baroque recorder, and percussion, while Bill plays guitar, mandolin and Irish
bouzouki. Their performances combine Celtic and Americana music, including songs and tunes
they have written, and a few pop favorites. Originally from Texas, they have performed for dozens of venues in Oregon within the last few years!
