What is your capacity?
We have four main gardens - two can accommodate 250 each, one holds 150, and another 100. The tennis court with tent canopy can hold up to 275 guests. The museum home can accommodate up to 30 for a reception-style event or wedding, or up to 24 for seated dining.

What if it rains?
We have a lit tennis court with tent canopy that is included with our rentals.

How many rentals do you do a day?
Only one! Depending on the package you choose, with your rental you can get exclusive use of all the formal gardens including the court area with tent canopy, the formal garden of your choice for ceremony and the court area with tent canopy for your reception, or just the court area.

Can we bring in our own vendors?
You can choose your own vendors for food, decorations, tableware, etc. You can even do the food yourself.

Does the property have Wifi?
Due to the historic nature of the grounds, the property unfortunately does not have Wifi. However, vendors often will use their phone as a personal hotspot should they need to connect to the internet!

Can we have a DJ?
Of course! We just ask that all amplified music be at a reasonable sound level that will be monitored by Deepwood staff, and be off by 10pm due to the City Noise Ordinance.

Can we set up games like corn hole under the tent?
Yes! Any game that doesn’t need to be staked into grass, such as corn hole, giant Jenga, etc. has been a hit in the past when set up on the tented court area.
